Claro Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

This covers the Claro website (learnclaro.com). The Claro mobile app doesn't use cookies at all; it keeps your session and your reading position in on-device storage that only Claro can read.

What we set on the website

The first four are strictly necessary or functional; the site can't sign you in or take payment without them, so they don't need consent. Analytics cookies are off until you choose "Accept" in the banner. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

Third parties

Stripe's cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. PostHog is configured to not use cross-site tracking and to anonymize IP addresses.

Managing cookies

You can change your analytics choice any time from the link in the footer, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the sign-in cookie means you'll be signed out.
